Terms of service
Last reviewed: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to consultancy services provided by Airspace Systems for Information Technology Consultancy (إيرسبيس سيستمز لاستشارات تقنية المعلومات), an Establishment operating under Abu Dhabi Freelancer Licence CN-6859409 issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, licence holder Nicholas John Glen ("Airspace Systems", "we", "us").
1. Scope of services
We provide information technology consultancy for home and small-business networks: assessment, design, configuration, commissioning, testing, documentation and advice. The exact scope of each job is set out in a written quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only carried out once you agree to it in writing.
2. Quotes
- Every job is quoted in writing before work starts.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it.
- A quote becomes an agreement when you accept it in writing, including by WhatsApp or email.
3. Payment
- Payment terms, including any amount due on acceptance and the due date, are set out in each quote and invoice.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Please use the invoice number as the reference.
- Airspace Systems is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed times.
- Obtain any permission needed from your landlord, building management or community for the work.
- Have your internet connection login details available if your gateway/router is being replaced.
5. Access, credentials and ownership
Your network belongs to you. At handover you receive the owner and admin access and a written record of the configuration. We do not keep remote access after handover unless you ask us to in writing, and you can remove it at any time.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a visit. If you cancel an accepted job, you pay only for work already carried out.
7. Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Internet speeds depend on your provider's service and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any job is limited to the fee paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
8. Complaints
If something isn't right, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 58 680 7811 and we will aim to resolve it promptly. If we can't resolve a complaint, you can contact the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development through the TAMM platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
